Upright Meaning
Represents hardship, poverty, exclusion, and feeling left out in the cold. It suggests a period of material or emotional struggle, and the need to seek help or recognize available support.
Reversed Meaning
The hardship eases. You have been out in the cold, and now a door is opening or the storm is breaking. Help becomes available, or you finally let yourself accept it. The pride that kept you outside has started to cost more than the cold did, and the cost is what is changing your mind.
Deeper Exploration
Is there help you have been refusing because accepting it would feel like failure? Name it. The refusal is costing you more than the help would, and you probably already know that, which is why the question is uncomfortable rather than confusing.
